Sanos Counselling is a Gold Coast Hinterland practice offering evidence-based counselling that goes beyond talk therapy.
Led by experienced counselling professionals, we use an integrative approach with a holistic understanding of how stress, trauma, nutrition and many other factors impact on the nervous system to affect mental health & physical wellbeing.
Our integrative approach allows therapy to be tailored to our clients' holistic needs, supporting deeper healing, greater resilience, and lasting change in a calm, compassionate, and caring environment.
We also specialise in trauma care using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) supporting clients who lived through traumatic life experiences.
